Institutional Initiative
The Centre for Politics and Leadership was established with the objective of bringing structure and discipline to local and municipal electoral processes. It reflects my long standing belief that politics must be treated as a profession supported by preparation and informed participation

The initiative focuses on guiding aspiring political participants and candidates by introducing systematic approaches to election planning. It aims to strengthen understanding of booth level realities, voter composition and campaign organization in local contexts
